Charles Nemetz, CEO and Founding Partner

Chuck is an experienced marketing executive with emphasis on consumer packaged goods (Colgate-Palmolive) and American Express.  He has account experience with major brands, including:  Chesebrough-Ponds,  Pepsico/Frito-Lay, United Distillers, Cadbury Schweppes, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Chuck leads the NYC office and general operations.


Cheryl Harris, Founding Partner

Formerly CEO, Northstar Interactive, one of the first online research firms in the world, Cheryl is a recognized pioneer in online research software, technology, analytics and research methodologies.  Her clients have included:  Sony, IBM, Citibank, Pfizer, Arbitron, Sprint, AT&T, eBay, Mastercard, Nickelodeon, Discovery Channel, Grey Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, Procter & Gamble, Conde Nast, Ziff-Davis/ZDNET, Time Warner, HBO, NBC, CNBC, and many others.  She has a Ph.D. in research methods and analytics from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and has published two books and many papers on research and marketing issues.  She is the architect of our software/technology solutions and also a founding partner of the firm.
